- We make every effort to display the colors and images of our hair clips, eyelashes, and tools as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
3. Hygiene & Safety Policy (Crucial for Beauty Items)
- Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of our products (false eyelashes, makeup brushes, sponges, etc.), items that come into contact with the eyes or skin are considered personal care items.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, false eyelashes and makeup tools cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened or tampered with, unless the product is defective upon arrival.
- Allergy Warning: Please check the material/ingredients (e.g., eyelash glue) before use. PuniBlink is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from the use of our products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Malaysia – Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days not including public holidays.
Worldwide Shipping – processed within 7-28 business days not including public holidays.
Calculating Cost & Order Delivery Estimation : - Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance for international orders.
- Cost may change, the actual shipping cost is subject to the check out page
5. Returns and Refunds
- Hair Accessories: Returns for hair clips or non-hygiene sensitive items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at WhatsApp 011-55592149 within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
6. Limitation of Liability
- PuniBlink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
